All purchases, whether made online via our website or in person at our store, are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Pro Hobbies ships orders worldwide.

1.2. Items are typically dispatched within 24-48 business hours of checkout. Exclusions to this include weekends, public holidays and Emergency closures. If you opt to pay for express shipping, please consider the previously mentioned circumstances.

1.3. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Brisbane, Australia Standard Time (GMT+10) qualify for same-day dispatch.

1.4. Orders flagged for potential fraud may be held for review and are excluded from the above dispatch timeframe. You may be required to provide proof of identity before an order is released.

1.5. Upon fulfilment of your order, you will receive notice that your order has been dispatched, and you will be provided with your AUS Post tracking
number.

Returns

2.1. Customers wishing to request a return must first contact our staff, who will assess whether the item in its current condition meets the requirements for a return.

When Shipping please label as a return to sender shipment and include your full name as seen on the original order.

2.3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.4. If your return is approved and a refund is issued, the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping (if applicable for exchanges or replacements for example) will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise required by law (e.g., in the case of a major fault under the Australian Consumer Law).

Insurance

3.1. Paid postage orders automatically include insurance for goods valued up to AUD $100.00.

3.2. Customers who wish to insure goods above this value must select and pay for additional postal insurance at checkout.

3.3. Orders shipped under free shipping promotions are not covered by insurance. Customers who select free shipping accept full responsibility for loss or damage once goods have left the care of Command Elite Hobbies.

3.4. Liability for goods transfers to the buyer once the order has been lodged with the carrier, except where insurance has been purchased.
