Please note the following important information regarding all pre-orders for Pokémon products releasing on 5 December 2025:

Release Date
This product is scheduled for official release on 5/12/2025. All pre-orders will be fulfilled on or after this date.

Payment Requirements
A down payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to stock arrival. Orders not fully paid by the arrival date may be delayed or cancelled.

Allocation & Availability
Product allocations from suppliers can change. In the rare event that our allocation is reduced, pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received. Any orders we cannot fulfill will be refunded promptly.

Delays & Changes
Release dates are set by The Pokémon Company and may be subject to change. If delays occur, customers will be notified as soon as updated information becomes available.

Refunds & Cancellations
Pre-orders are non-refundable, except in cases where we cannot supply your order due to allocation issues or supplier shortages.

Shipping & Collection
Orders will be shipped or made available for collection once stock has arrived and the final payment has been received.

Combined Orders
If your pre-order is placed with other in-stock items, the full order will be held until the pre-order stock arrives. For separate shipping, please place separate orders.
